SEC Power Poll Ballot: Week 7

Powerpoll2009logo_medium

I missed the past 2 SEC Power Polls, but I think we are on Week 7. Anyway, here is my ballot for this week.

1. Alabama
Clearly the #1 team in the SEC, if not the country.

2. Florida
Still at the top of the SEC East but looked bad against a weak Arkansas team this past weekend.

3. LSU
The Bayou Bengals had the weekend off, and Kentucky showed them how to beat Auburn when they come in to Death Valley this weekend.

4. Tennessee
Only because they didn't play and lose this past weekend.

5. Georgia
They took care of Vandy as expected.

6. Arkansas
They looked impressive against a Florida team that looks more beatable week by week.

7. Ole Miss
Solid win over UAB.

8. Kentucky
They came to play on the Plains and played a great game against Auburn.

9. Auburn
A sloppy game against a lesser Kentucky team. They need to turn the ship around fast if they expect to win at LSU.

10. Mississippi State
They had 0 turnovers and came away with a win. A good confidence boost going into next week's game against Florida.

11. South Carolina
A terrible game against Alabama. Does South Carolina have any offense?

12. Vandy
They are back to playing classic Vandy style football - and their opponents love it.
