Scheduling Updates: MSU Will Face UAB 2 More Times

A few scheduling updates came rolling across the screen today. For starters, this weekend's game against Vanderbilt in Nashville will be a 6pm game on FSN (same channel as the Auburn game). If you are heading up to the Music City for the game, make sure you stop by the MSU Alumni Association's Tailgate and Pep Rally. It is taking place from 3-5pm in the Cumberland Transit Parking Lot. Next week, State comes home to Starkville to face the LSU Tigers. This game has been moved to 11:21am (that is an odd time slot) and will be offered as part of the SEC Regional Package.

Further down the road, State has added 2 more games to their current 5-game deal with the UAB Blazers. Currently, there are 2 games left to play - 2010 in Starkville and 2011 in Birmingham. This extension announced today has the Bulldogs playing in Birmingham in 2013 and the Blazers making the trip west to Starkville in 2014.
