Come chat with us as we watch Mississippi State take on its toughest challenge of the year in a big matchup under the lights of Davis Wade Stadium against the University of Tennessee.
Which prized football recruits will be in town this weekend to watch Mississippi State take on Tennessee? Clarion Ledger's John Talty gives you the rundown.
Mississippi State hosts Tennessee at Davis Wade Stadium for this week's football game. This has to be the first real challenge for our beloved Bulldogs as they face an experienced quarterback and a team itching to take down a ranked opponent on the road. The Bulldogs are still dreaming of rolling into Alabama with a 7-0 record, but they have to get by the Vols to keep that dream alive. Who does the simulator predict will be victorious?
After an off week and then traveling to the Bluegrass State last week, it's time for yet another fantastic gameday in Starkvegas. That means only one thing... TBB Gameday Domination. This week's venue? Good 'ole Cappe's Steakhouse.
Forgot to include this in today's news and notes, but yesterday Joe Galbraith tweeted out his usual Monday picture of the jersey selection for the upcoming weekend's game. This weekend State will be sporting the usual maroon jerseys, white pants and maroon helmets, but with some pink accessories to support Breast Cancer Awareness month.
In case you forgot about it, Saturday's game between Tennessee and Mississippi State is a split color game. The school has asked that the east side wear maroon, while the white side wear white, to support the team Saturday night against the Volunteers.
More of a visual person (I sure am)? No problem, they also released a graphic today to make sure you know what to wear come Saturday:

If history tells us anything though with regards to Tennessee's fan traveling following, that stadium is going to be peppered with orange all over the place.
