It happened against Murray State on November 2, 1946 in a 69-0 trouncing at Scott Field. It's not the most points scored all time, that would be vs. Howard College in 1910 (82-0). This is in the "modern era". In search of what "modern era" means I didn't find anything. My esteems colleagues and I came up with 'after World War II?'.
