Biloxi WR Scott Austin has committed to Mississippi State

Biloxi WR Scott Austin (6'4" 180lbs) gave a non-binding oral commitment to Dan Mullen and the Mississippi State Bulldogs today. Austin is rated a 3* recruit by 247Sports and Scout.com. He had other offers from Georgia Tech and Mississippi and is a member of the recruiting class of 2013.

Austin's commitment gives the Bulldogs 3 commitments from wide receivers 6'3" or taller - something we have traditionally lacked in recent years. Scott Austin's commitment also arguably gives MSU a commitment from the best Wide Receiver in the state of Mississippi for 2013.
