The All-SEC teams were announced today. Chris Stratton won SEC Pitcher of the Year (as he should) and was selected to the 1st team. That's it. Glaring omission: Adam Frazier. Frazier was 3rd in batting average at .376 - THIRD! He was 2nd in on-base % at .484 - SECOND! 3rd in hits, 1st in walks, 1st in plate appearances. OR what about his defense? He was 1st in the SEC in assists by almost 30! Frazier got hosed, that's all I have to say before I bust a vein in my neck. Johnathon Holder was selected to the All-Freshman team and Kendall Graveman to the All-defensive team.

After winning the 2012 SEC Baseball Tournament yesterday, State learned its fate today with regards to NCAA Tournament seeding. MSU has drawn the No. 2 seed in the Florida State regional, and will face No. 3 seed Samford first this upcoming Friday. Florida State (No. 1) and UAB (No. 4) also join the pair ofmBulldogs in Tallahassee this upcoming weekend.
