MSU vs. LSU: Game time, TV schedule, and streaming details for the SEC showdown in Starkville

Daniel Shirey-USA TODAY Sports

At 2-2, MSU is back to where they started the season. Can State grab a rare win over LSU to pull to 1-1 in the SEC? Who will start for State? Can the Bulldogs slow down Zach Mettenberger? We'll get those answers tonight, and below we've got your viewing info for today's game, including your streaming option(s), a look at other games available on TV today, and more. New to For Whom the Cowbell Tolls? Sign up with us here! For more on today's game, make sure you check out our MSU vs. LSU Storystream.

After a bye week, MSU comes back rejuvenated and ready to take on the task at hand. And that task is a big one, as the top ten LSU Tigers come to town. Add to the talent the fact that the Tigers own a 13 game winning streak in the series. Is this the game that Mississippi State ends that, or will the streak just keep trucking along as usual? We will find out tonight in what will hopefully be a good (and not wet) game under the lights in Davis Wade Stadium.

Before kickoff today, make sure you get caught up on today's game with our Big Preview, as well all of our other MSU vs. LSU coverage in our storystream.

Broadcast Schedule:

Game Time: 6:00 P.M. CT
Location: Davis Wade Stadium, Starkville, Mississippi
TV: ESPN [DirecTV: 206 | UVerse: 602 | Comcast: 29/403]
Announcers: Joe Tessitore, Matt Millen and Maria Taylor

Stuck at home due to the weather this weekend? You're in luck, because there are viewing options both on your TV and on your computers for this weekend's SEC West matchup.

Live Online Stream: As was the case last week, for those of you who use the WatchESPN site either on your tablet, computer, or gaming system, the game will be available on there as well. Again if you have not really used WatchESPN before, you have to have a specific internet service provider to use the channel. If you plan to use this avenue of watching, make sure you log on early to make sure your ISP is included in the list of those in cahoots with WatchESPN. PLEASE NOTE: the MSU website does make note that the game is subject to blackout on WatchESPN. I couldn't find a coverage map, but I'm willing to bet that if you live in the south and get the game on TV, you won't get it on WatchESPN. It sucks, but that's generally how it works for games televised on non-ESPN owned networks.

Replay: According to my DirecTV schedule, the first replay of the MSU-LSU game is at 3 a.m. Sunday morning on ESPN, and again at 11:30 a.m. Sunday as well.

Radio: As always, here are your radio options for today's game.
