After Mississippi State's star had a career evening against the Rebels on Friday, throwing a complete game in which no earned runs were surrendered, Dakota Hudson was named Collegiate Baseball's National Player of the week for the second time this season. Hudson was also named the SEC co-pitcher of the week for the second time this season. Hudson is the first player to be tabbed the SEC pitcher of the week for multiple times in a season since Ross Mitchell earned the honors three times back in 2014.
