A GoFundMe Has Been set up to Support Chris Smith's Family

A GoFundMe fundraiser has been set up to support the family of Chris Smith

As you likely know by now, Chris Smith's life was taken from him last night in a shooting in Meridian, Mississippi. He was loved and cherished by many, including his children. To support his loved ones, a Go Fund Me has been set up to raise money for his children.

The fund was set up by Kevin Roberts who is the defensive back coach at Meridian High School. The summary for the fund raiser account reads as follows:

Help me raise money for my Brother, former MHS WILDCAT and former MSU BULLDOG to help support his children and family who loved him dearly! Chris Smith was a special person to many and touched a lot of lives!

Our thoughts and prayers are with Chris Smith's family and friends.
