It’s Monday during the SEC football season, so that means the Mississippi St. Bulldogs, along with the rest of the teams in the SEC find out what time their games will be played in about 12 days. Today, the Bulldogs found out their kickoff time and broadcast info for their game against the Texas A&M Aggies.

If for some reason that tweet isn’t showing up on your browser, then I’ll tell you the info you need to know. Mississippi State’s game against Texas A&M on October 28th will kickoff at 6:15 p.m. central daylight time and be broadcast on ESPN.
Mississippi State will enter the showdown with Texas A&M with a 5-2 record or a 4-3 record depending on what they do this week against the Kentucky Wildcats for Homecoming.
The Aggies will definitely come into the game with a 5-2 record. Texas A&M has their bye this coming weekend after squeaking out a win on the road against the Florida Gators.
I was a bit surprised when I saw this game was the primetime ESPN game. Texas A&M is barely ranked by the Coaches and neither will be ranked any higher than 24th or 25th at the conclusion of this weekend’s games. But when I saw the schedule for the 28th, it made a lot of sense.
The only marquee match up taking place is between Florida and Georgia. And the only reason it is a marquee match up is because of the history of that rivalry. Other than that, there are a whole lot bad games taking place. So yeah, this game should be one of the better ones for the weekend.
