Congratulations to Landon Young, the new Managing Editor of FWtCT

Once again, the time for new leadership here at FWtCT has come. I announced right before Thanksgiving I would be stepping down as Managing Editor, and we now know who my replacement will be.

Landon Young was brought on to the site in November, and he has been an excellent contributor since his arrival. He’s brought some stellar podcasting to the site with his podcast Cowbell on Campus along with a few really nice written articles as well.

With a podcast named like that, you have probably already concluded he is a student at Mississippi State. He’s going to be bringing first hand experience to the blog and we are glad to see him steering the ship of For Whom the Cowbell Tolls.

I will still be around, just in a reduced capacity. I’ve enjoyed my time as the Managing Editor, but as we all know, sometimes life can throw too much at you, and you need to set some responsibilities aside. That time has definitely arrived for myself.

But for now, I’m excited to see Landon take over, and I’m also eager to see his direction for the site. Please join me in welcoming Landon as our new Managing Editor by sending him a congratulatory comment below!
