Mississippi State Soccer Defeats Troy 3-0

Following a quick start, the Bulldogs were able to dispatch the Trojans in the first game of the 2017 Spring Schedule

Tom Anagnost starts off his MSU career with an exhibition win. The Bulldogs controlled the 1st half of the game, before scoring 3 goals in the 2nd half of the game to win the game 3-0.

Natalee Heiser began the State surge by scoring a goal in the 49 minute mark. This was her debut in the Maroon and White, and she looked like a future star.

MaKayla Waldner came right back from her impressive Fall Campaign. She scored 2 goals within 3 mins which ultimately led MSU to the easy victory.

Mississippi State out shot the Trojans 17-1 while also getting a chance to play 17 players.

For the Bulldogs, they travel to Auburn next Saturday to face their only SEC Opponent in the Spring. Their next home game is Saturday March 25th against Southern Mississippi.
