Alexis Silkwood is one of the greatest to ever play at Mississippi State and she’s put her name all over the softball record books. Now, it looks like she’ll have a chance to continue her softball career after college.
That’s right. Alexis Silkwood was drafted to go play softball professionally. The Akron Racers picked her up in the fifth round of the National Pro Fastpitch draft tonight.
