STARKVILLE, Miss. – Mississippi State baseball is set for a three-game Southeastern Conference clash this weekend weekend against Alabama at Sewell-Thomas Stadium.

The Diamond Dawgs (24-21, 9-11 SEC) and Crimson Tide (23-23, 5-16 SEC) will begin the series today at 6 p.m. CT. The series will continue Saturday at 6 p.m. and conclude Sunday at 3 p.m. The first two games will air live on SEC Network+, with Sunday’s finale to be nationally televised on ESPNU.

The Dawgs are coming in after having the week off due to final exams. They dropped last weekend’s SEC series to Texas A&M two games to one.

State is looking for its third-straight series win over Alabama. State enters the series on a five-game winning streak against the Crimson Tide, and seven of the last nine matches.
