What are we watching this weekend?

The bye week is here and we’re still glued to a TV.

NCAA Football: Towson at Florida Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports

The infamous bye week has arrived. The Mississippi St. Bulldogs are coming off a hard loss vs the Auburn Tigers, but we’re okay. This week we don’t have to watch the Bulldogs suffer. Instead, we get to sit back, grill, crack open a cold Dr. Pepper, and watch some SEC football.

Here are some games around the country to keep your eye on:

The #7 Auburn Tigers vs the #10 Florida Gators

The game of the week. Corso and the Gameday crew are in Gainesville this weekend and are ready to get rowdy. A matchup that is set for two power house SEC schools to get after it. This game kicks off at 2:30 pm CT, and you can find it on CBS (what up Gary?). Also, I’ll take the Gators in a close one. Mullen always has his teams ready to play in big home games.

The #14 Iowa Hawkeyes vs the #19 Michigan Wolverines

Jim. Harbaugh. What a bust. I’m taking the Hawkeyes to go on the road and dominate vs a sorry Michigan team. You can catch this one on FOX at 11:00 am CT.

The Vanderbilt Commodores vs the Ole Miss Rebels

If you’re like me, you’re a pretty big commodore fan today. I imagine Plumlee will get the start for Ole Miss tonight. Vandy looks weak this season, and I’m thinking TSUN pulls this one out tonight at home, but I hope not.

Have a happy college football Saturday, and Hail State.
