Senior wideout Deddrick Thomas boasts second to none speed, as that will be the key to an upset over Alabama.

Though Thomas may not post mind-blowing stats, he is always threat. While speed is king in today’s SEC, Thomas is sure to put the Crimson Tide on notice. On 20 receptions, Thomas has accumulated 307 yards on the year.

Having led the team in receiving yards with 59 against Arkansas, expect a higher number. For the Bulldogs to earn their fifth win of the year, Thomas will have to post at least 100 yards and a touchdown. As Alabama is likely to neutralize running back Kylin Hill, Thomas should be a primary target.

The Bulldogs have been a run first team all season. But that will have to change come Saturday. Look for head coach Joe Moorhead to call Thomas’ number frequently.
