Vacated titles, classless athletes, and cheating coaches are just part of being a Louisville Cardinal.

We all know the Bobby Petrino story. Liar, cheater, the neck brace, can’t drive, etc. Louisville figured he’d be worth it if they got them a few more wins.

Louisville has classless athletes.

The Louisville Cardinals pitcher Luke Smith is indicative of all Louisville Cardinal athletes, completely and utterly classless.

Louisville was in the Big East two seconds ago.

Playing the Cardinals is like playing a Group of 5 team. No one really cares. If you win, then great, you were supposed to. If you lose, your team wasn’t hype enough to play because you’re playing a weaker opponent in a weaker division. Hard to get up for that one.

The NCAA vacated Louisville’s 2013 Men’s National Basketball Title.

This school just can’t keep it together. If you don’t know the story, read about it here. It’s actually quite shocking. The basketball program deserves the death penalty.

I was disappointed in playing Louisville in another bowl game. We already beat their best player in school history. What else is there left to play for?
