The Bulldogs return to the field today following their first loss of the season last week to the Alabama Crimson Tide. State didn't have much time to focus on the loss thankfully, as the Commodores come to town this weekend representing another opportunity for MSU to gain an SEC win. The maroon and white may be tempted to look ahead to next weekend's Egg Bowl, but it's important that they focus on beating Vanderbilt first. Hopefully this game will be an opportunity for the team to work out some frustrations after last weekend's five point loss on the road. Before kickoff today, make sure you get ready for today's game with our game preview post.
