Led by 20 points, 4 steals and 3 assists from Dee Bost, MSU took down #18 Texas A&M Thursday night at Madison Square Garden in the semifinal round of the 2K Sports Classic.

State controlled this game throughout, leading by as many as 22 and closing with a 9 point win.  Brian Bryant chipped in 12 points for State and freshman sensation Rodney Hood contributed 10.  Arnett Moultrie turned in another solid showing on the boards grabbing 9 rebounds.

After last week's highly disappointing home loss to Akron, it's safe to say we saw a completely different State team tonight.  Let's hope that team comes out to play again tomorrow night.

State will face the winner of St. Johns and #16 Arizona tomorrow night back at MSG at 5:30pm Central.
