Starkville High School standout and ESPNU top 100 member Gavin Ware has made a verbal commitment to play for Mississippi State. He previously stated that he was still 50/50 on committing to MSU and would probably not make a decision until closer to signing day in the spring.
Ware is a 6-9, 245lb 4-star player at Starkville High. He ranks 58th in the ESPNU 100 and 13th for his position (center).
With a verbal commitment to the Bulldogs, he is turning down scholarship offers from Alabama, Missouri and Georgetown. If you remember, former MSU assistant Robert Kirby is now an assistant at Georgetown.
Ware joins Montgomery, Alabama standout Craig Sword as the second 4-star recruit to commit to the Bulldogs for 2012.
