After an eventful weekend that saw #2 Florida State defeat #5 Notre Dame, Mississippi State is still on top of both major polls. They're also number four in the Sagarin rankings but that's not a real thing. (Okay, it is, but seriously, Alabama at two? C'mon.) State received 43 of 60 first place votes in the AP Poll and 36 of 62 first place votes from the Coaches. Here's the full rankings:
