From HailState.com, it looks like Mississippi State will be holding an SEC Network launch party in The Junction this afternoon. The SEC Network goes live at 5 pm, and Scott Stricklin will address the crowd shortly before. Televisions will be set up in the area to allow fans to watch the first two hours of programming together.
