There’s incredibly high expectations for the 2016-2017 version of the women’s basketball team. With all five starters returning and an incredibly deep bench, the team that made a run through the tournament (before meeting the monster that is UConn) is primed to have another good year.

The team has already been picked to be the second best team in the SEC. Should things play out as expected, they’ll have a very good shot at taking on South Carolina for the SEC title.
