Adam Frazier, the former star for Mississippi State, made his big league debut on Friday and Wes Rea was there to break the news to the world.
My boy @A_Fraz12 is going to THE SHOW BABY! What an unbelievable feeling!— Wes Rea (@wes_rea) June 24, 2016
Wouldn't miss it for the world Fraz! pic.twitter.com/66CzuYkd0w— Wes Rea (@wes_rea) June 24, 2016
Frazier is yet another member of the 2013 College World Series team to make it to MLB:
2013 team: Chad Girodo, Jacob Lindgren, Adam Frazier and Kendall Graveman have made MLB. Hunter Renfroe should up very soon.— MS State Baseball (@MsStBaseballFan) June 24, 2016
Frazier played in two games against the Dodgers over the weekend, going 1 for 3 in his plate appearances with a single in his first at bat of his Major League career. You can watch a video of it here.
Also, in very important and totally related news, Frazier's walk up song is apparently "Pony" by Ginuwine.
Adam Frazier walks up to "Pony" by Ginuwine. Top class.— Joe Block (@joe_block) June 26, 2016
Pirates fans, and other internet people, are now Adam Frazier fans because of it.
As long as Adam Frazier's walk-up music is 'Pony,' he should be an everyday starter.— Kidspud (@Kidspud) June 26, 2016
Adam Frazier walks up to Pony by Ginuwine and for this reason alone he's my new favorite player— bucket hat guy (@WebbIsPale) June 26, 2016
We're going to need a video of the next time this happens. Adam deserves to be an internet legend for this.
