The Southeastern Conference men’s basketball tournament has been canceled amid coronavirus concerns.

The announcement comes a day after the SEC announced that the tournament would be played without any fans.

The Bulldogs were scheduled to open tournament play on Friday against the winner of the Florida versus Georgia game.

The SEC’s regular season champion, the University of Kentucky, will be awarded the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
