Kentucky - Saturday, October 6 - 11:21 a.m.
Notes
Despite a week off and an additional week of rest in the bye week, State still heads to Lexington this weekend with a few injuries. As usual, Dan Mullen addressed these at the beginning of his Monday press conference. Let's take a look at what he had to say:
"Cedric Jiles is doubtful. Malcolm Johnson, Tobias Smith and Devin Jones are questionable." - @coachdanmullen

- Mullen listed Cedric Jiles, the Fr. DB from Clinton, Mississippi, as doubtful for this weekend's game with a broken hand. Mullen says that Jiles broke his hand sometime last week in the off week's practices.
- Mullen says that again for this week RG Tobias Smith and TE Malcolm Johnson are questionable. The coaches are continuing to exercise caution with Tobias' surgically repaired knee, while Johnson is still coming along slow recovering from his preseason pectoral injury. If Tobias Smith again cannot go, Fr. Justin Malone will again get the call at RG. Mullen says the decision on Smith's status and whether or not he or Justin Malone will start will be a gametime decision on Saturday.
- Sr. defensive lineman Devin Jones is also listed as questionable for this weekend's game with Kentucky, citing a shoulder injury for him.
- Still no word on suspended DT P.J. Jones. Jones missed his fourth consecutive game to open the season two weeks ago when the dogs took on South Alabama at home.
