Week 12 CFB Schedule, TV Info, Viewing Guide, Odds, and Scores

All of the information that you need for week 12 of the college football season can be found right here - TV info, full top 25 schedule, viewing guide, odds, and scores.

Doug Pensinger

Everyone's focus shifts from the east to the west coast this week as the two biggest matchups this weekend take place in Los Angeles and Eugene. Last week proved to be no slouch, despite what we expected, as Texas A&M shocked the SEC and the world by taking down #1 Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Could we see a similar result in Eugene this weekend with Stanford-Oregon? We will find out just hours from now. Let's take a look at this week's SEC and Top 25 schedule, along with my viewers guide, and all of the scores from around the country this weekend.

Week 10 picks review

3-1 [Got: South Carolina, Stanford, Oregon Missed: Alabama]

Season to date: 28-21

Actually one of my better weekends, and I could have gone 4-0 had it not been for Johnny Football. Dang you, Johnny Football.

Viewer's Guide - What We're Watching

With Breakfast

College Gameday - ESPN - 8a.m. to 11a.m.

This week the gang heads to Eugene, were chill bros everywhere will congregate to like, cheer on Lee Corso, and stuff. I would imagine the entire crew will pick Oregon, and there is a potential for Lee Corso to reveal his pick by the camera cutting to a local pond, where Corso is lead-paddling on a formation of Mallard's.

Also of note, please do not let this unchillness happen again, chill bros:

If you're going, remember to be careful. Back when GameDay was at the UO in 2010, NewsSource 16 reported on a story of a Springfield man in a wheelchair who was nearly trampled in the midst of the crowd rushing to get in. The man's chair was destroyed by the crowd in the process.

Homeric Choice's Game of the Week

Arkansas at Mississippi State - SEC Network - 11:21a.m.

I'm not going to lie, after losing three straight games in a row, albeit to three of the best teams in the country, I'm a bit worried going into this weekend's game against Arkansas. State should beat Arkansas, but that doesn't always translate to a win. Offensively, MSU has a good weekend last weekend, at least through the air. State should be able to continue that this weekend against Arkansas, but the question will be: can they stop Arkansas from doing the same. Two years ago this game was a thrilling 2OT shootout, and this one could be more of the same. Expect a mid-30's score, no matter who wins.

West Coast Hate

(18) USC at (17) UCLA - FOX - 2:05p.m.

This is definitely one of the more interesting matchups of the day, as the rivals clash across town in what has usually not been a competitive game. Not competitive until this year, when first year nice-guy coach Jim Mora Jr. has instantly fixed everything that Rick Neuheisel worked so hard to wreck in his time with the Bruins. On the other side of things, USC is still coping with being waaay out of the NC race, and Lane Kiffin is still just a giant child who somehow got a head coaching job at a major program. USC is more talented on offense, but can their defense hold against UCLA? This should hopefully be a good game

How I'd bet [hypothetically] - USC covers, and wins by 10. USC 31, UCLA 21

A Rivalry Game

Ole Miss at (7) LSU - CBS - 2:30p.m.

"This game is a rivalry game", said an Ole Miss fan to an LSU fan, as the LSU fan fell onto the ground laughing. Ole Miss fans seem to take this 'rivalry' more serious than LSU does, but the Tigers may want to this season. Ole Miss, for whatever inexplicable reason, has played well in Baton Rouge most often times as of late, and this year may be no different. Ole Miss is vastly improved this season from last, and has enough fight in them to maybe give the Tigers a test. I don't think they win or come close to winning, but they do test LSU early.

How I'd bet [hypothetically] - LSU wins, but does not cover. LSU 35, Ole Miss 17

Game of the Week

(13) Stanford at (2) Oregon - ABC - 7p.m.

A huge game in Eugene this weekend, but the question on everyone's mind is this: can young Stanford QB Kevin Hogan handle the Autzen Zoo? Stanford's chances hinge on Hogan's success this weekend, and on whether or not they can slow down that high flying offense of Oregon's at all. This game is close for a bit, but I believe Oregon is simply the much better team, and they pull away in the second half.

How I'd bet [hypothetically] - Oregon covers. Oregon 42, Stanford 14

Night Cap

California at (16) Oregon State - Pac-12 Network - 9:30p.m.

This game is very late and I would not suggest watching it. No, I can think of probably 1,000 things you could be doing at this time on Saturday night that would be more fun than watching this game, including 'watching paint dry' and 'visiting a prison'. The good thing though is that this game is on the Pac-12 Network, therefore you are not obligated to watch it unless you are one of the 15 people unlucky enough to receive that channel. Also, Tedford is not very good at this whole coaching thing.

How I'd bet [hypothetically] - Oregon State covers, definitely. Oregon State 28, California 10
