Here is your chance to call your shot about the Egg Bowl. What is your bold prediction for the game? What is the best case scenario for Mississippi State, and what is the worst case scenario for the Bulldogs?

Rival Week has fully descended on college football, and that means Mississippi State and Ole Miss fans eagerly await the renewal of the Battle for the Golden Egg.  Never before has more been on the line in this rivalry.  So, dear football fans, how does this game play out?

Bold Prediction: Mississippi State runs wild in this game. The Bulldogs gash the Rebels for 250 yards on the ground and three rushing touchdowns.

Best Case Scenario: Mississippi State comes out hot and takes a 14-0 first quarter lead.  The Rebels start becoming one dimensional, and the game never gets close.  The Bulldogs walk away a 37-10 winner and impress the College Football Playoff Committee.  The best Ole Miss team of this generation finishes 8-4.

Worst Case Scenario: The Rebels come out playing to ruin Mississippi State's season, and they do so.  The Rebels find enough offense to put 27 on the board.  Mississippi State struggles to establish the run, forcing too many passes into a dangerous Ole Miss secondary.  Mississippi State looks to engineer a game-winning drive in the final minute, but Senquez Golson picks off his second pass of the game, this one in the end zone to seal the Ole Miss victory at 27-21.
