Over the past week, a couple of former Mississippi State Bulldogs in different sports have had their names come up for a variety of reasons varying from number changes to Pro Bowl snubs. Here is a look at a few of the stories making wave with Bulldogs in the Big Leagues.
It looks like quite a few people [CBSsports] feel that Fletcher Cox being snubbed for the Pro Bowl [SI.com] was a bad choice. His being named as a sixth alternate [Bleeding Green Nation] may have been even worse.
Cox wasn't the only Bulldog that some felt should have been in the game that did not make it. Here is the case for K. J. Wright [The Sports Quotient], one of the more consistent and consistently overlooked linebackers in the NFL.

LaDarius Perkins signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers last month as a practice squad player. He could be on the 53-man roster next week against Baltimore if the Steelers get bad news about Le'Veon Bell.
If Bell has a serious injury and is out next week, that could mean a spot on the main roster for former MSU back Ladarius Perkins.
