Maroon Weather Forecast: Homecoming Game!

Sunny skies and clear conditions will make for a beautiful Homecoming game for the Battle of the Bulldogs!

Matt Bush-USA TODAY Sports

It's going to be a crisp, fall day for students, alumni and fans alike for Homecoming. Dak Prescott's Bulldogs are taking on former Florida Quarterback Jeff Driskel and Louisiana Tech.

The good news for everyone in Starkvegas is that it is going to be sunny all day long. The bad news is that it will be windy causing some trouble for starting up the grills and long field goals.

Tailgating will be chilly early on in the morning. Sunny skies with a temperature of 44° at 7 am. Propane might be the better option to start the grill for the bacon and eggs because of some gusty winds.

The Dawg Walk will be a tad warmer at 9 AM with a temperature of 53°. Gusty winds in the area of 15 mph will be blowing through the Junction. Kickoff at 11 AM will see a temperature around 62° with it warming up throughout the game.

Winds will be blowing from the north, so the student section will be the first ones feeling the breeze. Fans may want to wear an extra layer under their maroon or white shirt for the Stripeout.

It will be a picture-perfect fall day to wrap up the game in Maroon and White.
