More fans made it to Mississippi State women's basketball than ever before.

While attendance slumped for the Mississippi State men's basketball team, the same could not be said for the women's team which had a historic season in 2014-2015.

For the second season in a row, Mississippi State saw record setting attendance at women's basketball games, and the growth in average attendance from 2013-2014 to 2014-2015 finished second the SEC and fourth in the nation. In all, the Bulldogs had an increase in average attendance of 1435 fans per game.  Folks, that is astounding.

In the season finale, the Bulldogs knocked off Ole Miss 55-47 in front of 7326, the largest crowd to ever witness a women's college basketball game in Mississippi.

In all, Mississippi State finished 27th in the nation in per game attendance and fifth in the SEC.

With all of the success of last year, and the future looking even brighter, expect the Bulldogs to see even more fans at games this coming season.
