What can we expect former Bulldog Fletcher Cox to bring to the Philadelphia Eagles’ defensive front?

NFL: Philadelphia Eagles at Arizona Cardinals Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

Arguably the NFL’s best defensive tackle, Fletcher Cox has become a household name in Philadelphia.

While the Eagles have been subpar as of late, Cox must make his presence felt for Philly’s defense to be one of the league’s best. Cox is a veteran leader who knows what it takes to win. As the Eagles’ defense boasts raw talent, Cox’s experience will play a significant role.

Cox stands at 6-foot-4, 310 pounds, his versatility and footwork separate him from the norm. That said, versatility is king in today’s game.

Though Cox has been in the league for a decade, expect him to show no signs of slowing down. As long as Cox leads the defensive front, the Eagles are a legitimate threat. Look for him to make a statement and have the Philadelphia defense back on the map.

Hail State!
