Add number three to the LOI stack for Mississippi State, as recent commitment Tolando Cleveland has officially signed on to become a Bulldog.
Cleveland, the Powder Springs, Georgia standout, adds his letter of intent to MSU's 2013 class this morning, the school announced today through a statement on coach Dan Mullen's twitter account.

Cleveland was a surprising late addition to this class, and a former longtime Georgia Tech commitment. He favored MSU early on in the process, but committed to the Yellow Jackets shortly after his recruitment picked up. However, there was something in Cleveland's film that impressed new DB's coach Deshea Townsend, and the Bulldogs got back involved in Tolando's recruitment.

John Luke's thoughts
The newest commitment for MSU. He was a guy that came to camp in the summer and impressed the coaches. He actually committed to the hometown school, Georgia Tech just a month after making that big impression in Starkville. MSU stayed on him and was able to poach him late. He has a solid frame and solid hips, he should develop into a nice cornerback prospect.
