Mississippi State vs. Texas A&M football game open thread

The LSU win might as well have been last year.

Today is a new day: One of opportunity, and of new challenges. This season to date has been exciting, sure, but the opportunity to make it about more than just one win sits right in front of us for the taking.

It's not 14 games, but it's been awhile since we've beat Texas A&M too. Can the Bulldogs shake off the demons of the 2012 Snow Bowl 2k14 game? Will the MSU from two weeks ago show up, or is regression coming in with the cool fall breeze?

The spotlight is on our corner of the south today; will we shine under the lights, or fade into the background? We cheer this morning in the hopes that we will shine bright in today's contest, and in the hopes that this season is about more than just one victory in September.
