YES!
A week ago when I started preparing some pre-written stuff for today, I honestly didn't think I'd get to use this post this morning. I thought what I had written here ahead of time would likely never see the light of day of our front page.
And yet, here we are.
We got here because one very important in-state recruit -- 4-star Brookhaven's Leo Lewis -- made the call for Mississippi State this morning over LSU and Ole Miss in a ceremony held at his school.
And Leo picks... Mississippi State University!! pic.twitter.com/1sImskovNP

Lewis had been committed to Ole Miss since last September, yet that didn't keep rumors from swirling that he was at least considering the Dogs.
Things got even more interesting for State fans when Lewis lit the internet on fire last Friday night by de-committing from the Rebels. He did it while on an official visit to LSU, to top it off. On Sunday, Lewis tweeted out a finalist list of MSU and LSU, and today he made it official by signing with the Dogs.
Throughout the last year of his recruitment -- through commitments to Alabama and Ole Miss -- Lewis has visited Mississippi State's campus numerous times, and was thought by many to have had the Bulldogs at the top the whole time.
We'll talk more later today about Lewis' ability and how he fits for MSU, but for now just know that he is officially a Bulldog. Hail State
