Mississippi State Bulldog linebacker Beniquez Brown to Enter NFL Draft
For the second season in a row, a Mississippi State linebacker will leave Starkville early to enter the NFL draft as it has been reported that Beniquez Brown is leaving the Bulldogs to enter the draft.
Brown is the third Bulldog to declare, and the second defensive player in as many days. Of the three, Chris Jones and De'Runnya Wilson also declared, Brown may be the most surprising.
Last year, running back Josh Robinson surprised many by leaving Starkville after his junior season.
Brown is not going into the draft blindly, as he was one of five Bulldogs to receive a draft grade.
Brown made one of the signature plays of the 2015 Mississippi State season when he charged through the Arkansas line to block a game winning field goal attempt.
