today for Dak Prescott. Although most will be upset by Brock Osweiler's departure from the Denver Broncos, I am not one of them. I have never seen more from Brock than being a back-up. And while he was 4-2 as a starter, I don't count the season finale as he was benched and the team was behind, he really had problems handling a pressure D and wasn't worth the $$$ he wanted given that huge hole in his game. His move to the Texans means the Broncos will most certainly be in the need to draft a future QB for the team. Texans fans don't cheer too much, as you can bet everyone who plays the Texans will apply as much pressure as possible given the troubles Osweiler showed handling it. While they will probably pick up an experienced QB to start the next 2-3 years (as given their defense they don't need more than a decent QB immediately) it means they will be looking to this years draft to potentially get their future franchise QB. Prescott would fit well in a West Coast Scheme and Denver has some interest...it's also telling in a way that his former Center is also still with Denver. As a lifelong Broncos fan, I would be over the moon, with Dak going to Denver. It would be a double bonus in a way, Dak goes to a good team and has the time to step up his game...and given his progression from last year to this year, going to Denver or a team like Denver would be huge.
