In unfortunate news in Starkville, Will Redmond has reportedly seen his career come to an end with an ACL tear, much like Kendrick Market a few weeks ago.
The blow comes at a tough time for the Bulldogs as they face five straight SEC foes to close out the season.
For Redmond, the injury will cast a shadow on his NFL prospects. He had been talked as a potential first round draft pick, but that status will certainly be up in the air now.
There may not be many players to get a more unfair shake than Redmond in his career. He lost his first season and a half because of a way-too-harsh punishment for improper benefits, and now this injury comes just past the midway point of his senior season, meaning he received roughly two years to play in his career.
