Springtime. What a time to be alive and at the baseball park of your choice. Walk off wins, Great pitching performances, awesome display of power from unexpected places. THIS is the most wonderful time of the year. Our Dawgs are 13-3 so far on the young campaign. I was listening this weekend to the Coach and Jim on Bulldawg radio. I've noticed coach doesn't care, just says what's on his mind. Refreshing really. Jim gonna Jim cause he's been Jimmimg for 100 years or so now. Anyone else notice that the player's names are similar to the Bad News Bears of the 70's. Great movie by the way. Not the remake, but the Walter Matthau classic. He should've won the Oscar for such an outstanding portrayal of Yogi Berra.

Wow, we are in the NIT. Guys, how awesome is this? Getting a great return on the investment of hiring the coach that had been to 1000 Final Fours! Is this where we say Up and coming program needs extra practice time? Just like when the football team and us loyal fans went to the Bad Carport Bowl in Hooterville, Florida? All that extra practice had such an awesome effect on the team. Almost lost to a crappy team in a crappy bowl. So, who wants a new basketball coach? I know I don't. NIT every year !!! This rocks. Or sux, or whatever. moving on.....

Gas prices are going up again. Last night in Tupelo I saw $2.50 a gallon. At this rate I'll spend my summer vacation looking at the screen saver of the Rocky Mountains.
