I Got a Tattoo Because Mississippi State Beat UConn

It happened. Well, technically a lot of things happened. But, one important thing that happened was that Mississippi State actually had one of the greatest upsets of all time in sports history last night. The Bulldogs beat the Huskies in overtime on a buzzer beater from Morgan William.

One other thing that happened was that I got a tattoo.

That may seem odd to you, if you haven’t been keeping up with our antics here at For Whom the Cowbell Tolls, lately. You see, I promised that I would get a tattoo should Mississippi State do what many considered impossible, they upset UConn.

And, as it turns out, Mississippi State would go on to beat UConn and they’re now on their way to play for a national title against South Carolina, the third matchup against the Gamecocks this season. But that part is only kinda important. What was more important (to me, at least) was that I needed to get a tattoo.
