On Sunday January 24th the WOmen will be taking on Number 2 South Carolina and the Number 8 Bulldogs need your help. We need to make the Hump the loudest most deafening place to ever host a womens basketball game. SOuth Carolina made the Final Four last year. This game is on ESPN2. It is so rare for a WOmens game to be Nationally Televised and it would be amazing to make a statement to show that we have the best fan support in the SEC for Womens Hoops. A win here makes us a brand in Womens Basketball. We are capitalizing at the right moment. Tennessee is down and only South Carolina stands in our way in the SEC. Of note Missouri has just entered the top 25 so there is another ranked team and we play them twice. This Womens Team is also poised to host the NCAA TOurnament First and Second ROunds. Hosting this is huge because we can make the Sweet Sixteen without leaving the hump. Those dates are March 18-21st. MSU would either host March 18/20 or 19/21. So we need you to make plans to make that as packed as you are going to make the South Carolina Game. Next we have the Sweet Sixteen/ Elite Eight which is in either Dallas, Bridgeport, Sioux Falls, or Lexington. Ideally we want to avoid Uconn at all costs and going to Lexington would do just that. Bridgeport=Uconn and Dallas means we will face Uconn in the Final FOur. So Sioux Falls is our 2nd choice even if we will not be able to make that one. Lastly is the FInal FOur which is on Sunday April 3rd and Tuesday April 5th in Indianapolis. Yes these are abasoultely horrible days and times to have a final Four. But if we make it this far we have to go see the Bulldogs win a National Title. We are in a good spot to make a deep run this year. For as much yap as you want to give the men go see the women. They are really good and if you give them home field advantage then they will win every game not named Uconn and they are not on the schedule so we are in good shape there!
