Do y’all remember those new Scoreboard Club Cabana things that are really cool but also really expensive? Well, Mississippi State has already sold out of them. That’s right, per Darren Rovell of ESPN, Mississippi State sold out of those things in TWO WHOLE DAYS.

It took a measly 48 hours for enough Mississippi State fans to call in and pay the $18,000 to get their spot set for the newest addition to Davis Wade Stadium. Of course, I’m willing to bet that they all took my suggestion and found 11 friends to split it with.
If that’s the case, then it only took 48 hours for 96 people to all agree with one another that they were going to spend $250 per person per game, or $1,500 per person for the entire season. And getting 96 people to all agree to these sort of things in that amount of time is pretty impressive.
The Bulldogs earned an astonishing $144,000 in this 48 hour period. And this is by utilizing space that previously was not being used at all. It was just an open walkway. Kudos to you, Scott Stricklin. You just made MSU a lot of money.
