I thought I'd let everyone know that Bubba Earl and I didn't get any tattoos after being in the Nashville lock up. Losing baseball games that we should win makes us mad. The Vandy whistler can't do that annoying sound when you pull his lips off, I didn't of course but I know who did. You are all welcome. Coach Lemonis did get the troops back in shape and sweep the other maroon and white team last weekend. I know you all find this hard to believe, but Bubba Earl and I know exactly what the jail looks like in Starkville. They even named a hallway in our honor after we graduated and promise to leave town.

While at the double hitter Saturday, we saw a fellow grad Robert Kincaide. You may remember Mr. Kincaide as the organizer of the streak a thon to raise money for something or other. That's when the Tupelo Flash got his name. Kincaide said he worked for the FBI now and was in town looking for the desperadoes who made such a scene at the baseball game last week. I told him we were there but didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Bubba added, that it was a normal weekend for us when we go to away games. No truer words were spoken.

Have to say I fully expect the baseball team to make a super regional but probably won't go much further. I really like this team and they may surprise with a longer run into the series. I certainly hope so.

Alert the authorities in SKarlina that trouble is coming this weekend and the baseball team is coming with us. Bubba Earl says that's one state we've never been arrested in, I told him speak for yourself unless they moved Myrtle Beach to another state. For all of you who pay attention to such things, me and Bubba are the ones who wear maroon hats and usually have a libation handy. Just last weekend at the end of the first game the guys beside us say that just got their fire perfect when we had to leave out and come back in for the second game. So, Bubba Earl said leave the damn thing lit. So they did, then everyone told us Matt wouldn't shut up about it on the TV broadcast. I remember when Matt didn't get paid to run his mouth. he was much better then.
