Fred Ross's Catch is the ESPN Sport Science NCAA Football Play of the Week

I really love these videos, so it was extra neat to see his catch being the play examined this week. If you haven't seen the Sport Science videos before, they really go into detail about the science behind each part of the amazing play, like how high the ball was when he caught, how quickly he gets up to speed, turns, etc. Really worth a look at only 2 minutes.
