Another weekend and we crap the bed against a "great" Missouri team. Man alive, do we play down to the competition or what? We had more errors in 3 games than we had in the last 20. The team was sluggish. I'm guessing too much blow and too many hookers. How they can afford that on 11.7 scholarships is a true testament to the modern day student athletes. Back in the day, Bubba Earl and I went to the U for a semester. Those were the days. Mountains of cocaine, women with both real and fake body parts and of course gallons and gallons of alcohol. I majored in clubbing which is a real thing in South Florida. Bubba minored in clubbing for money. He would just yell something about how kappa alpha were the greatest frat and then beat the snot out of folks and take their money. those were halcyon days for sure.

Bubba Earl and I attended an alumni meeting while on campus last Friday. We ran into The Tupelo Flash. Bubba was excited to meet a legend. Tupelo was a hell raiser and a heartbreaker back in the good old days. No one could cause wide spread panic like he could. He lead a group of freshman to start a Greek frat on campus. Lambda Lambda Lambda was truly outstanding in groundbreaking research of the medical marijuana field. When not helping these young scholars, he started a home for unwed mothers. It seems he helped many folks get their start.

We have one last chance to lose to a bad team as we play Bama this weekend. Bubba Earl, Flash and I are headed to T-Town to drink the night away. We might go to the games, I'm not real sure I want to watch them lose yet another chance to be somebody. We'll win by 2 touchdowns if they learn to use the football bats properly.
